Cindy has been a featured artist in Virginia and North Carolina. As a license paramedical tattoo artist, Cindy specializes in areola restoration for breast cancer survivors, scar camouflage, cleft lip palate and burn victims. Cindy Also offers eyebrows, lips, scalp pigmentation and more. Her goal is to give back that which was taken. So working with cancer survivors is her passion.
